📌 Custom Spokesperson Creation

The Spokespeople Studio™ provides fully custom AI spokesperson creation services designed specifically for each client’s brand, business, audience, and content goals. Clients may customize appearance, voice, personality, style, aesthetic direction, branding vibe, and other selected characteristics during the creation process.

📌 Client Responsibility & Creative Direction

Clients are responsible for providing accurate branding details, preferences, inspiration, and requested direction through the onboarding questionnaire and any requested follow-up communication.
Failure to provide requested information within 48 hours may result in Seven Figure AI proceeding with reasonable creative decisions on the client’s behalf to avoid production delays.

📌 Custom Spokesperson Similarity Disclaimer

While Seven Figure AI makes reasonable efforts to create a spokesperson aligned with the client’s requested preferences, exact resemblance to specific real individuals, celebrities, influencers, fictional characters, or inspiration references is not guaranteed and will not be intentionally replicated.

📌 Ownership & Licensing

Clients receive commercial usage rights to use their custom spokesperson content for their business, marketing, social media, websites, advertising, and approved promotional purposes based on their purchased package and active subscription status.
Seven Figure AI retains ownership of all underlying AI systems, workflows, prompts, generation methods, model architecture, and creation frameworks used to develop the spokesperson.

📌 Exclusivity Rights

Custom spokespeople created through The Spokespeople Studio™ are intended to remain unique to the purchasing client’s brand.
However, exclusive usage rights remain active only while the client maintains an active qualifying subscription plan in good standing.
If all active subscriptions are canceled, paused, expired, or unpaid for an extended period, Seven Figure AI reserves the right to discontinue exclusivity protections associated with the spokesperson.

📌 Content Creation Services

Clients enrolled in ongoing monthly content plans will receive recurring AI-generated content based on their selected package.
Content styles, posting frequency, deliverables, and formats may vary depending on the selected plan and creative direction provided.

📌 Revisions

No revisions are included unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or re-generations may be requested for an additional fee and are subject to approval, workload availability, and production limitations.

📌 Refund Policy

Due to the custom, digital, creative, and AI-generated nature of spokesperson creation and content production services, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.

📌 Usage Restrictions

Clients may not use any spokesperson, content, or generated materials for:

• illegal activity
• fraud or deceptive practices
• impersonation of real individuals
• hate speech or harassment
• defamatory content
• misleading claims
• platform policy violations
• malicious, exploitative, or harmful content

Seven Figure AI reserves the right to terminate services and revoke licensing access for violations of these terms.

📌 Refusal Rights

Seven Figure AI reserves the right to refuse, remove, cancel, or discontinue any requested content, spokesperson request, branding direction, or usage request that violates company standards, ethical boundaries, platform policies, or intended service usage.

📌 Voice & Appearance Modifications

Once a custom spokesperson has been approved and finalized, major appearance changes, identity changes, or voice redesigns may require a new creation fee or additional customization charges.

📌 AI Model & Likeness Protection

Clients may not copy, recreate, clone, reverse engineer, imitate, train AI systems from, generate derivative likenesses of, or create substantially similar spokespersons based on any spokesperson, voice, appearance, content style, or proprietary system created by Seven Figure AI.
Clients may not use any provided content, prompts, videos, images, or voice samples to train competing AI models or spokesperson systems.

Unauthorized replication, cloning, or misuse may result in immediate termination of licensing rights and potential legal action.

📌 No Transfer or Resale

Clients may not resell, sublicense, lease, share, transfer, redistribute, or provide spokesperson assets, raw files, likeness systems, prompts, voice models, or proprietary creation materials to third parties without written permission from Seven Figure AI.

📌 Continued Usage Restrictions

Clients may continue using finalized content already delivered to them after cancellation.
However, clients may not generate, expand, recreate, commission, or continue building new AI-generated content using the spokesperson likeness, voice, identity, or style outside of an active subscription or approved licensing agreement.

📌 Platform Risk Disclaimer

Seven Figure AI is not responsible for social media bans, demonetization, reduced reach, rejected advertisements, account restrictions, platform policy changes, or performance issues resulting from AI-generated content usage.

📌 Results Disclaimer

Seven Figure AI does not guarantee engagement, followers, sales, conversions, views, monetization success, or business growth from any spokesperson or content package. Results vary based on market conditions, strategy, consistency, audience response, and platform algorithms.

📌 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity, workload, revisions, customization depth, holidays, or client communication delays.

📌 Subscription Non-Payment

Failure to maintain active subscription payments may result in paused services, suspended deliverables, revoked exclusivity protections, delayed production, or cancellation of ongoing content creation services.

📌 Adult Content Policy

Standard Spokespeople Studio™ creations are intended for mainstream business, branding, promotional, and social media usage.
Adult-oriented, NSFW, explicit, fetish, or sexually suggestive spokesperson projects may require approval under separate adult content policies.
