All content, language, frameworks, systems, methodologies, business practices, operational structures, written materials, and verbiage displayed on this website or provided through Seven Figure AI — including but not limited to terms, policies, processes, training materials, and proprietary concepts — are the original intellectual property of Seven Figure AI and its affiliated entities.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or use of this content, in whole or in part, whether by a human, automated system, artificial intelligence, language model, or derivative work, for personal or commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property theft and unfair competition. Seven Figure AI reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to the fullest extent of the law, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and any other remedies available under applicable federal and state laws. No permission is granted, implied or otherwise, to replicate or repurpose our business structure or proprietary language.
Asset businesses are businesses that Seven Figure AI has created, designed or launched (or has obtained the rights to sell) and are now valuable assets.
Seven Figure AI makes these businesses available on our platform as an investment tool to help our customers grow their wealth. Customers can operate a business without having to invest in the typical startup process of a business, yet keep all of the profits of operating a business.
Based on the original year of registering the business’s domain name, the length of the business’s name, the quality of the business’s name and any previous launch of the business, these exclusive businesses may have higher authority with search engines, produce higher search engine website results and produce better ROI, than new businesses.
If a potential client would like to acquire an asset business, they can apply for an exclusive brand license.
To secure a particular business, the client must fully go through the checkout process. The initial payment will “hold” that business for the customer. Within 48 hours of checkout, Seven Figure AI will send the brand licensing documents to the new Licensee to be e-signed. The license documents need to be signed within 5 business days from the day they were sent. The initial payment will then be applied as the set-up fee and the first month’s payment.
Should the documents not be signed within 30 days of checkout, Seven Figure AI will cancel the license of the business. The full initial payment made through checkout is in consideration of “holding” the business for the new Licensee and is non-refundable. If the customer decides after 30 day that they would still like to acquire the business, they may checkout again and the initial payment will be due again.
Once the licensing documents are signed, Seven Figure AI will set up a virtual training & transfer meeting within 48 hours of signing to give over the business to the new Licensee to operate.
After the training meeting, Seven Figure AI will send the website login credentials to the Licensee/new business operator and any other documents or information that may be needed to begin running their new business.
Legal Notice: Seven Figure AI will create an LLC for the Licensee. This takes up to 72 hours. After the LLC is created the Licensee may begin operating, pending any city or county licenses they may need to operate.
Seven Figure AI, (Pink Industries, LLC) remains the registered owner of the business and offers the exclusive operational rights to the Licensee to operate the business under their own legal entity, during the period of time that monthly payments are being made. The Leasee may choose to be a sole proprietor, LLC or Corporation, if they do not want Seven Figure AI to create an LLC for them.
For each month that a monthly payment is made, the Licensee retains exclusive right to operate the business as they see fit, in accordance with the terms laid out in the leasing agreement and the business’s training documentation.
For each month that a monthly payment is made, the Licensee retains exclusive rights to keep all proceeds made from the business they are leasing. If a Licensee goes into default at any point, the exclusive rights to keep all proceeds becomes null and void and any proceeds made from the business during the time of default become property of Seven Figure AI (Pink Industries, LLC.)
All financial responsibilities in regards to the business are the Licensee’s obligations. Seven Figure AI is not responsible for paying any expenses in regards to the licensed business or the Licensee’s business entity.
The Licensee’s yearly taxes are to be completed under themselves (as a sole proprietor), under their own LLC or under their own Corporation. Taxes will never be completed under the “business name”/domain name that is being leased or under “Seven Figure AI”.
The monthly payment shall be due each month until the Licensee no longer wants to hold exclusive rights to operate that business.
Should the Licensee need content updates or changes to the website: Since Seven Figure AI wants to help business operators focus on their business and not have to focus on being web developers, we limit website content and backend updating, in order keep the integrity of the completed website and its content, as is. However, if the business operator would like content edits or backend updates anytime or in the future, the operator can use the included AI web developer. If more extensive updates are needed, Seven Figure AI offers a full website management addon that includes 27/4 unlimited content updating and maintenance.
The Seven Figure AI’s web development team will complete all content and maintenance update requests for our business operators in real time, so they never have to worry about their website. This ensures they have time to focus on their business! This add-on is $149/month. If the website management addon is added, the $149/month is in addition to the business license fee. This fee is subject to change at any time.
Should the Licensee want to change the design of the website: Since Seven Figure AI remains the registered owner of the business and offers the exclusive operational rights to the Licensee to operate the business, changes to the design of the website are not allowed by default. The Licensee may contact Seven Figure AI to request design changes or a full re-design. It is at Seven Figure AI’s full discretion whether the design proposal is approved. If approval is granted, Seven Figure AI will give the Licensee a quote to do a design change or re-design. If the website design changes are approved, any associated costs are in addition to the business lease fee.
Should the Licensee decide they would like to “buy” the business: By making the monthly payment to Seven Figure AI each month, the Licensee holds the exclusive rights to operate the business indefinitely and collect & keep all of the profits. Should the Licensee want to end monthly payments, they could apply for full acquisition consideration. The previous license payments made are not put towards the the full acquisition of the business. Alternatively, if the Licensee no longer wants to make monthly payments to Seven Figure AI, and would like to end working with Seven Figure AI, the business’s full ownership would return to Seven Figure AI. Please see below for more information on cancellations.
Should the Licensee decide they want to buy the business after making monthly payments for a given amount of time: The Licensee may contact Seven Figure AI and request full acquisition consideration after 6 months of demonstrated brand growth. At Seven Figure AI’s full discretion, they would then run a valued appraisal on the current business. Seven Figure AI will present the Licensee with a purchase price and the Licensee can decide if they want to purchase the business. Seven Figure AI holds the right to decline requests to buy the business outright.
Should the Licensee decide they would like to “sell” their business: The Licensee may not sell the business while under the licensing agreement. The only option to sell would be if the Licensee were to purchase the business and then sell it.
Should the Licensee decide they would like to “transfer” their business to someone else: Should the Licensee decide they would like to transfer their license to someone else, whether a family member, friend or business contact, the current license and the potential new Licensee must set up a meeting with Seven Figure AI to apply for license transfer. Seven Figure AI holds the right to decline requests to transfer the business to any potential Licensee, if they do not meet the licensing requirements.
Should the Licensee want to use their own web hosting: The leased business is built on Seven Figure AI’s VPS Cloud hosting server, and runs on Seven Figure AI’s intuitive and expansive platform. The business rights include free VPS cloud hosting at no extra charge to the Licensee, with up to 3GB of server storage. Additional storage can be purchased through Seven Figure AI. The business is not allowed to be copied or transferred to a 3rd party server or hosting.
Should the Licensee decide they no longer want to operate the business: The Licensee may at any time, decide they no longer want to continue operating their business. The Licensee would contact Seven Figure AI in writing, via our email address: cancel@sevenfigure.ai and inform us that they would like to cancel. We require 30 days written notice of cancellation, so there would be one final payment due within that following 30 days until the Licensee’s account is closed. During the 30 days, the Licensee shall begin the Cessation of License Operations and De-Identification process, which is outlined in the Seven Figure AI’s Licensing Agreement.
Any and all customer or client obligations outstanding during that time would be the full legal responsibly of the Licensee themselves, the Licensee’s LLC or the Licensee’s Corporation. The Licensee agrees to satisfy, handle or fix any unresolved issues or obligations with customers/clients, during those 30 days. The Licensee agrees to hold Seven Figure AI, Pink Industries LLC, as well as the previous business they were running, harmless.
Once the 30 days is complete, the business will automatically revert back to the sole property of Seven Figure AI (Pink Industries, LLC). The Licensee will owe nothing further to Seven Figure AI and the Licensee’s account would be fully closed.
Should the Licensee stop paying the monthly payments without notice: Seven Figure AI will contact the Licensee and give a 30 day redemption period after the first missed payment. Within the 30 day redemption period the Licensee can resume monthly payments, as well as any past due balance/fees and keep the exclusive rights to operate the business.
Should the Licensee not resume monthly payments within the 30 day redemption period: The Licensee loses any and all rights to operate the business after 30 days of non-payment. Seven Figure AI retains the right to then revoke website and social media account permissions and legally enforce a Cessation of License Operations.
In addition, any revenue generated by the licensed business after the 30 days past due, automatically becomes property of Seven Figure AI (Pink Industries, LLC). This revenue will be due to Seven Figure AI, in addition to the late payments & fees.
Any and all customer or client obligations outstanding at that time, will be the full legal responsibly of the Licensee themselves, the Licensee’s LLC or the Licensee’s Corporation. The Licensee agrees to hold Seven Figure AI (Pink Industries, LLC), as well as the previous business they were running, harmless.
Seven Figure AI also retains the right to relist the business on Seven Figure AI’s marketplace for another customer to license.
Should another customer license the business: There is no way for the original Licensee to retain the business at that point, unless the new Licensee stops their monthly payments, (and it goes back to Seven Figure AI’s marketplace.) If a Licensee stops making monthly payments without giving the proper 30 days notice, Seven Figure AI reserves the right to deny the Licensee’s request to lease that or any business in the future.
Should the client decide to purchase the business: The customer will have to set up a time to discuss the procedure for sending payment, which usually involves sending an ACH payment from their bank. Once the payment is made in full, Seven Figure AI will then initiate a transfer from our server and domain’s current registrar to the client’s preferred domain account and hosting company. The business is then fully released from Seven Figure AI and the client takes full ownership.
No VPS cloud server/hosting is offered after this.
Should the client decide they would like to use an escrow company for the sale/transfer of the business when purchasing the business: The client can send the full payment to a vetted and reputable escrow company agreed upon by both parties. Once the escrow company confirms with Seven Figure AI that the full funds have been received by them, Seven Figure AI will then transfer the business website, as well as domain ownership, from the current registrar to the customers preferred domain/hosting account. The escrow company will then release the funds to Seven Figure AI. The customer is responsible for payment to the escrow company for their services.
Should Seven Figure AI, at any time, decide to no longer own or host the business: The Licensee has exclusive rights to continue to run their business & website indefinitely, as long as monthly licensing payments are being made, however, if Seven Figure AI at anytime, would like to end the Licensee’s license for a reason not relate to the Licensee, the Licensee/business operator will be given the option to purchase the business.
Should the Licensee cause any harm to the licensed business, website, brand or Seven Figure AI: Whether harm is intentional or unintentional, during licensing or after licensing, Seven Figure AI (Pink Industries, LLC) reserves the right to hold the Licensee to the fullest extent of the law. Harm may include slander, libel, treating customers poorly, excessive poor online reviews, not providing products or services owed to customers, neglecting the business, etc.
Most of our business inventory: are online businesses that can be operated from anywhere. Some are localized or in-person businesses that must be operated from a specific location.
Most businesses: are available to be licensed, others may only be available to be purchased.
Some businesses: have been launched to the degree that they have had previous sales and some have not.
Some businesses: come with their own payment processor, associated Google account, business email, vendor list, customer database, social media accounts or legal terms of service. Some do not.
Some businesses: are allowed to be altered and some are not.
Some businesses: have stock content, dummy content or need content updated and some do not.
Some businesses: have not been used since their last update and require a software update.
Some businesses: require training on how to use the features, functionality or how the overall business model works.
Each business: comes with a website, domain, VPS Cloud server hosting (up to 3 GB included)
If training on features, functionality or the business model are required, it will be provided to the customer and is included in the price.
The business does not include: any city or county business license.
The business does not include: a trademark or copyright. These options can be added to the business through Seven Figure AI at the customers expense.
The business does not include: any business financials. If the business had any previous sales, Seven Figure AI will share this information with the potential buyer via the payment processor.
The business does not include: any debt or liabilities. The business isn’t owed anything by anyone.
The business does not include: any employees or contractors.
The business does not include: any inventory or physical assets.
The business does not include: any insurance or benefits plans.
