📌 Adult AI Model Creation
Seven Figure AI provides custom AI model creation services designed for adult entertainment, fantasy roleplay, subscription content, promotional content, social media marketing, and related digital content businesses. Clients may customize appearance, voice, personality, aesthetic direction, niche, character backstory, branding style, and selected characteristics during the creation process.
📌 Client Responsibility & Creative Direction
Clients are responsible for providing accurate preferences, branding details, niche direction, content goals, and requested customization through the onboarding questionnaire and any requested follow-up communication.
Failure to provide requested information within 48 hours may result in Seven Figure AI proceeding with reasonable creative decisions on the client’s behalf to avoid production delays.
📌 Age Verification Requirements
All customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
All AI models created through Seven Figure AI will be designed, represented, and marketed exclusively as consenting adults over the age of 18.
Requests involving minors, youthful depictions intended to appear underage, age-play, school-age representations, or any similar content will be immediately rejected and may result in account termination.
📌 Custom Model Similarity Disclaimer
While Seven Figure AI makes reasonable efforts to create AI models aligned with requested preferences, exact resemblance to specific real individuals, celebrities, influencers, creators, adult performers, or fictional characters is not guaranteed and will not be intentionally replicated.
📌 Ownership & Licensing
Clients receive commercial usage rights to use delivered content for approved business, marketing, subscription, social media, website, promotional, and entertainment purposes based on their purchased package and active subscription status.
Seven Figure AI retains ownership of all underlying AI systems, workflows, prompts, generation methods, model architecture, creation frameworks, model identities, character concepts, and proprietary technology used to create the AI model.
📌 Exclusivity Rights
Custom AI models created through Seven Figure AI are intended to remain unique to the purchasing client.
Exclusive usage rights remain active only while the client maintains an active qualifying subscription plan in good standing.
If subscriptions are canceled, paused, expired, or unpaid for an extended period, Seven Figure AI reserves the right to discontinue exclusivity protections associated with the AI model.
📌 Content Creation Services
Clients enrolled in monthly content plans will receive recurring AI-generated photos, videos, promotional materials, and other deliverables based on their selected package.
Content quantity, style, formats, and delivery schedules may vary depending on the selected plan and creative direction provided.
📌 Revisions
No revisions are included unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional revisions, redesigns, regenerations, or character modifications may be requested for an additional fee and are subject to approval, workload availability, and production limitations.
📌 Refund Policy
Due to the custom, digital, adult-content, creative, and AI-generated nature of the services provided, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
📌 Platform Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, age verification requirements, payment processor rules, platform policies, advertising restrictions, and content guidelines.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Orousal™
- Telegram
- Fanvue
- OnlyFans
- Fansly
- X
- TikTok
- Websites and membership platforms
Seven Figure AI is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, demonetization, payment processor actions, content removals, reduced reach, policy violations, or platform restrictions.
📌 Usage Restrictions
Clients may not use any AI model, content, or generated materials for:
- Illegal activity
- Fraud or deceptive practices
- Impersonation of real individuals
- Deepfake abuse
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Defamation
- Non-consensual content
- Exploitative content
- Age-play or underage-themed content
- Platform policy violations
- Malicious, abusive, or harmful content
Seven Figure AI reserves the right to terminate services and revoke licensing rights for violations of these terms.
📌 AI Model & Likeness Protection
Clients may not copy, recreate, clone, reverse engineer, imitate, train AI systems from, generate derivative likenesses of, or create substantially similar AI models based on any model, voice, appearance, content style, personality, or proprietary system created by Seven Figure AI.
Clients may not use any provided content, prompts, photos, videos, voice samples, or deliverables to train competing AI models or AI content generation systems.
Unauthorized replication, cloning, or misuse may result in immediate termination of licensing rights and potential legal action.
📌 No Transfer or Resale
Clients may not resell, sublicense, lease, share, transfer, redistribute, or provide AI model assets, raw files, prompts, voice models, likeness systems, proprietary workflows, or creation materials to third parties without written permission.
📌 Continued Usage Restrictions
Clients may continue using finalized content already delivered to them after cancellation.
However, clients may not generate, expand, recreate, commission, or continue building new AI-generated content using the AI model’s likeness, voice, identity, character, or style outside of an active subscription or approved licensing agreement.
📌 Model Identity Protection
The AI model’s name, personality, character profile, visual identity, voice identity, and overall brand persona remain part of the protected intellectual property associated with the model.
Clients may not create competing versions, alternate accounts, duplicate brands, or substantially similar character identities intended to replace or circumvent the original model.
📌 Fantasy & Entertainment Disclaimer
All AI models are fictional digital characters intended for entertainment, fantasy, companionship, marketing, subscription content, and related lawful uses.
Clients may not represent AI models as real people where such representation would violate applicable laws, platform policies, or consumer protection regulations.
📌 Results Disclaimer
Seven Figure AI does not guarantee followers, engagement, subscriptions, tips, purchases, sales, traffic, monetization success, revenue, or financial results.
Results vary based on market conditions, content quality, marketing efforts, audience response, competition, platform algorithms, and numerous other factors outside our control.
📌 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity, workload, customization depth, revisions, holidays, third-party platform delays, and client communication responsiveness.
📌 Subscription Non-Payment
Failure to maintain active subscription payments may result in paused services, suspended deliverables, revoked exclusivity protections, delayed production, content removal from active systems, or cancellation of ongoing content creation services.
📌 Refusal Rights
Seven Figure AI reserves the right to refuse, remove, cancel, discontinue, or reject any requested content, model request, branding direction, niche request, storyline, fantasy scenario, marketing campaign, or usage request that violates company standards, legal requirements, ethical boundaries, platform policies, or intended service usage.
📌 Exclusive Model Rights
Custom AI models created through Seven Figure AI are intended to function as exclusive digital talent for the purchasing client.
While an active qualifying subscription remains in good standing, Seven Figure AI will not license, sell, lease, or provide substantially similar versions of that specific model, identity, voice, character, or brand persona to another customer.
Exclusive rights apply only to the specific AI model purchased by the client and do not extend to similar aesthetics, niches, themes, or general character concepts.
If all qualifying subscriptions are canceled, paused, expired, or remain unpaid for more than thirty (30) days, exclusivity protections automatically terminate. Upon termination, Seven Figure AI reserves the right to reuse, relicense, modify, redeploy, resell, or otherwise commercialize the underlying AI model, likeness, voice, identity, character, or related assets at its sole discretion.
Clients may continue using previously delivered content after cancellation, but exclusive ownership, exclusivity protections, and rights to future development of the model cease unless otherwise agreed in writing.
📌 Continued Usage After Cancellation
Clients may continue using content that was delivered during an active subscription period.
However, once a qualifying subscription is canceled, paused, expired, or becomes delinquent, clients lose all exclusive rights associated with the AI model.
Clients may not create new content, commission new content, train replacement models, generate derivative versions, expand the character, or continue commercial development of the model outside of an active subscription or approved licensing agreement.
Continued access to model development, content generation, exclusivity protections, voice systems, character expansion, and future content creation requires an active subscription.
